Task 6 – Dissemination and synthesis

Coordinator: António Lopes

Main objectives: manage and compile all the outcomes from the previous tasks, to support (methodologically and graphically) the meeting reports and the final conference, in addition to the creation of a website where a climate atlas of the past will be made available to the scientific community and to the public

Procedures: creation of a database jointly produced by tasks 1 and 2; producing a Web-based Atlas with the information collected through tasks 3, 4 and 5; build a georeferenced system on an open source web platform; construction of metadata files

Expected outcomes/results:

Two main databases (containing time series reconstructions and georeferenced information)

Producing a Web-based atlas with a synthesis of the results

Delivering a book with contributions from several top referenced authors who will participate and submit papers in the final international conference
